1969 Dodge Charger Restoration Project
We painted the car over two years ago and the customer was going to put the car together but soon found
out the project was a bit more than he could handle. The car was taken apart by someone other than us
and nothing was marked or tagged and some parts were even broken. So as you can imagine, we have a basket
case project car ... but we are ready to get it looking good. The car is painted in F6 green and will
have a white top, stripe and interior. It has a stroked HP 1969 440cid now with over 500cid. We used the
new 440 source heads and stroker kit combined with the Edlebrock Performer and new 800 cfm series carburetor.
The motor put out well over 500hp and 600 ft-lbs at only 9:1 compression. We will be installing the
factory A/C and upgrading to new disk brakes in the front.

How it all started
10/23/2008 - Update: Progress continues on this car and the owner even comes and helps work on it occasionally.
10/29/2008 - Update!!!: Here are some more pictures of the car after the upholstery shop. We have
made good progress as of late and it actually is looking like a car.
11/14/2008 - Update!!!: Working on some of the details inside and out.
02/09/2009 - Update!!!: Coming together!
06/05/2009 - Update!!!: This car is completed and was even featured in a magazine with its
