1971 Plymouth Duster 340 Race Car - Built 440
engine with custom built 1050 dominator (from the Carb Shop). Team "G"
intake. It has a new MSD 7AL two step ignition as well as a line lock and
a turbo action shifter. The slicks are brand new 13x31 Mickey Thompson
and on the front it has new M.T. front runners. The trans is a 727 built
by Pro Trans with a new 4000 stall converter. The rear-end is a 8 3/4
with a 4:30 gear with a spool and Strange hardened axles. The suspension
is ladder bar with coil overs with A.V.O. single adjustable shocks. It
has new Headers that have been HOT coated. The
best time has been a 10:80 at 123 mph at a 2500ft elevation. It has run
a 6:81 at 101 mph on the 1/8 mile. This car runs the numbers every pass
if the driver can respond the same. It's a easy car to get in just drive
and have fun. It is a turn key car that requires C-12 fuel and general
maintence. We are building a new car and have no need for two race cars.
It is very reliable and fun to drive. The vinyl graphics on the side are
removable upon request from the new owner.
